Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains how payments are handled for solar products and services provided by Gitardor Energy, the renewable-energy division of Gitardor Limited ("we", "us", "our"). It is intended to make our payment process clear, fair and transparent for every customer.

Please note: No payments are collected through this website. All quotations and payments are arranged directly with our team by email or phone.

1. Quotations & Estimates

Every project begins with a free consultation and, where needed, a site assessment. Based on this, we provide a written quotation that itemises the equipment, installation and any other costs for your specific system.

  • All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quote. Prices may change after that period due to changes in equipment costs or exchange rates.
  • Final pricing is confirmed in your written quotation or contract before any work begins.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment by the methods agreed at the time of your quotation, which may include:

  • Bank transfer to the official Gitardor Limited business account, as stated on your invoice;
  • Card or POS payment, where available;
  • Other methods expressly agreed with our team in writing.

For your security, always confirm payment details directly with our team using the contact information on this site. We will never ask you to pay into a personal account.

3. Deposits & Payment Schedule

For most installations, payment is made in stages, as set out in your quotation or contract. A typical arrangement is:

  • An initial deposit to confirm your order and procure equipment;
  • A balance payable on or after completion and commissioning of the system.

The exact schedule for your project will always be agreed with you in writing before work starts. For larger commercial systems, staged or instalment arrangements may be available on request.

4. Invoices & Receipts

You will receive a written invoice for your project, and a receipt for every payment you make. Please keep these for your records. If you do not receive a receipt for a payment, contact us promptly.

5. Warranties

Solar equipment we supply carries the warranty provided by its manufacturer. Where applicable, our installation workmanship is covered as stated in your individual quotation or contract. Warranty terms, durations and conditions for your specific system are set out in your project documents.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you cancel before equipment has been ordered or work has begun, any deposit paid may be refundable, less any costs we have already reasonably incurred.
  • Equipment that has been custom-ordered or specifically procured for your project may be non-refundable once ordered.
  • Where we are unable to deliver a service you have paid for, you are entitled to a refund for the undelivered portion.

Specific cancellation and refund terms for your project are confirmed in your quotation or contract.

7. Late or Outstanding Payments

Completion, handover or activation of a system may be withheld until agreed payments have been received. We will always communicate clearly with you about any outstanding balance before taking any such step.
